Summer's taking its bow — the waterfront concert series plays its last note next Thursday, the Snohomish market makes one more Thursday-night appearance downtown, and there's a good excuse to be outside pretty much every day through the weekend. Here's where to be.

Music at the Marina: Queen Mother — Thu 8/27, gates 5 p.m., music 6:30–8:30 p.m., Port Gardner Landing (Port of Everett). Free. The season finale — a Queen tribute act, food trucks, and the beer garden all closing out the summer series together.
The Art of Belonging — on view through Sun 8/30, Schack Art Center, Everett. Work by artists of varying abilities from Art For All and All Aboard — a warm note to catch before it closes.
Waterfront Friday double-header — tonight, downtown Everett. Free steel-drum happy hour at Pacific Rim Plaza, 5–7 p.m., then Sail-In Cinema (family-friendly animated feature) at Boxcar Park, 8:40–10:30 p.m.
Snohomish Farmers Market — Thu 8/27, 3–7 p.m., Cedar Ave & Pearl St, Historic Downtown Snohomish. Six blocks of produce, makers, and live music through the historic district.
Classic Car & Motorcycle Show — Sat 8/22, 10 a.m.–4 p.m., Boxcar Park, Everett. Chrome, engines, and a good cause — proceeds support local cancer-patient assistance programs.
